J.Buckhill Consultancy Services (JBCS) is a multidisciplinary consulting engineering and project management firm serving the resources, energy and manufacturing sectors in Papua New Guinea (PNG) since November 2014. JBCS has substantial experiences in executing EPCM, PMC and Alliance contracts with consulting engineering firms servicing the mining and manufacturing sectors throughout Australia and PNG as  project managers, construction managers, project engineers and mechanical and civil design engineers. JBCS is currently providing these services to the resources and energy sectors out of Lae city in PNG as a service provider. JBCS has expertise backed by key personnel with industry experiences to successfully execute the following services:

• Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) services
• Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services
• Alliance services i.e. site based engineering & project management services
• Conducting short courses and on-site training of engineers by upgrading skills in engineering design, project management including construction management

JBCS Principal and founder Dr. Jack Khallahle (PhD) has vast international experiences in providing professional project engineering services to mining and manufacturing companies around Australia in the last ten (10) years with leading consulting engineering firms WorleyParsons Services and WSP/Parsons Brinckerhoff in leadership role. Dr Khallahle also has considerable experiences working with large mining companies in Australia and throughout PNG. As a founder, Dr Khallahle and his engineering firm is fully committed to providing quality services to the resource, energy and public sector throughout Papua New Guinea.
